What We're Up To

We purchased 2010 Route 94 in Salisbury Mills in 2022. Historically, the property was a large and flourishing flower growing operation. The buildings had fallen into disrepair after sitting vacant for a decade.

Cornwall Social will be a celebration of life in the Hudson Valley. Our tagline is EAT, DRINK, PLAY, GROW. We are planning a farm to table restaurant, a farmstand and artisan market, a large recreational hall with games and performance space, and a greenhouse where we will grow vegetables, flowers and herbs. The grounds will be re-graded to shield noise from the road while maintaining the view of the Schunemunk mountains. We will have a walking path around the property and plenty of outdoor seating for the warmer months.

We believe 2010 Rt 94 is a perfect location to create agritourism farm to table experience. The site is two blocks from the Salisbury Mills train station, 4 minutes by car from Storm King Arts Center, and 5 minutes by car from Five Corners in Vails Gate.

Orange County has agricultural roots and a growing craft spirits industry. Hundreds of thousands of people come to Cornwall every year to visit the art center or to enjoy our great hiking, kayaking, biking and horse riding. Cornwall Social will give tourists and residents alike a place to enjoy the region's aricultural and artisan products.
