We care for 11 acres of land in Salisbury Mills, NY.

Cornwall Social is rooted in the belief that caring for the land and caring for people go hand in hand. 

We’re restoring the property through habitat creation, ecological gardening practices, and thoughtful growing methods that support biodiversity and long-term stewardship.

We grow herbs, flowers, fruits, and vegetables naturally.

The project also includes what will become New York’s first Passive House restaurant — a long-term investment in sustainability, efficiency, and thoughtful design. Because the places where we gather should care for the future too.

Meet the founders Liz and Gabe

Liz Dunn and Gabriel Aherne founded Cornwall Social with a vision of creating a gathering place where the food is homegrown, kids fill the lawn, and people stay until sunset.
