Liz Dunn
Co-Founder & CEO (She/Her/Hers)
An avid thrifter and champion of reuse, Liz believes that some of the best things come with a story. She has a keen eye for seeing potential in materials and spaces others might overlook, often prioritizing restoration, repurposing, and thoughtful design over starting new. As mom to Ronan and Levon, she wants to pass on a sense of wonder and possibility and ensure that we make thoughtful choices about how we live.
As founder and CEO of Cornwall Social, she leads the vision for the property and stays closely involved in its development, from design decisions to long-term planning. With a background in finance and strategy, she brings a practical, clear-eyed approach to decision-making while staying committed to quality, beauty, and sustainability. She doesn’t shy away from complexity and is willing to work through challenging problems when it leads to better, more lasting outcomes.
Her resourceful and determined approach continues to shape Cornwall Social as it evolves into a place built with intention, character, and longevity.
Gabriel Aherne
Co-Founder & COO (He/Him/His)
As co-owner of Cornwall Social, Gabe oversees the organization's financial planning, grant development, and long-term strategic growth. He works behind the scenes to ensure projects move forward sustainably, balancing big-picture vision with careful stewardship of resources. As dad to Ronan and Levon, he teaches humor, an appreciation for music and food, and the art of learning to relax.
Known for his calm, steady approach, Gabe brings clarity and perspective to everyday operations. His thoughtful leadership, quick wit, and ability to keep spirits high make him a grounding presence for the team as Cornwall Social continues to evolve.
Larissa Fatseas
Director of Site Development (She/Her/Hers)
Larissa shapes the growth and development of Cornwall Social, working closely with Liz on site vision and leading the coordination of infrastructure projects, landscape improvements, and ecological restoration initiatives across the property. She translates long-term plans into on-the-ground implementation, ensuring that the physical landscape evolves in step with the organization’s broader goals. Larissa believes doing things the right way matters and she holds the team to a high standard that makes us all a bit better.
She focuses on the property’s ecological restoration and landscape systems, creating habitats that support biodiversity and long-term stewardship. A passionate advocate for native plants and healthy ecosystems, she is currently pursuing certification in Ecological Gardening through Mt. Cuba Center. Her work combines thoughtful site development with a commitment to environmental responsibility and creating spaces that thrive alongside the natural landscape.
Ramon Corbett
Executive Chef & Farmer (He/Him/His)
Ramon has worked as a chef in New Zealand, Canada, and the United States, and has a deep respect for seasonal ingredients and regenerative agriculture. At Cornwall Social, his work bridges kitchen and field, with a culinary program shaped by what is grown on-site and a focus on ingredients at their peak.
When life slowed down in 2020, he began exploring farming more directly, focusing on growing flavor-driven produce and understanding the connection between soil and plate. Today, he moves between kitchen and greenhouse, often involved in harvesting and selecting ingredients that guide the menu.
